“ I love soup with stuff in it. My husband and I had not been to Art's deli for about 30 years.. First of all, THANK YOU for still being around!!! I had the matzo ball soup and my husband had fish and chips. The soup was very nice! However, I would have gotten the all in one soup (noodles, matzo ball, etc) but it was $26.. Whoa. My husband's dish was... $30 Gulp. So as much as we liked Art's, it's a bit expensive for us. Service was outstanding. Everything was extremely clean and vibe is so mellow there.. really great. But as there are only a handful of delis left in LA, if you're nearby, definitely go to Art's. And they have some parking in the back.. which is great because parking on Ventura Blvd is just ugh. Go forth and eat at Art's. HIGHKY RECOMMEND. ”

“ Overnight trip in LA had us searching for something to eat Saturday afternoon and we stumbled on Art's. Dad and I agreed it sounded good so we put in an order. I had the pastrami and my Dad got the Italian sub, they arrived pretty quickly. The sandwiches are loaded with meat, there was a huge amount of meat on the pastrami and the Italian so absolutely no complaints about that. The flavor was very good, the sourdough on mine was toasted nicely and the pastrami had a great flavor especially with that black pepper coating. My Dad said his was very good as well and adding the Italian dressing on top pushed it over the top. As good as it was I don't know about those prices. The pastrami sandwich is $27 which is pretty high even for all the meat on it and the Italian was a staggering $32. At the end of the day it's still just meat, cheese and bread. My Dad is in a clinical trial currently and all meals are provided so they paid for it, I'm not sure if we would have paid that ourselves for a sandwich. ”

“ First time here in over 25 years and pleasantly surprised. With so few delis left there are few choices. Excellent menu and our group had the following: Pastrami Reuben Sky High Roast Beef Brisket Dip Plate of Fries All were very large and excellent. Prompt friendly service from our waiter that had a fun attitude. Excellent black and white cookies for dessert! Parking is a challenge but try the free garage at Chin Chin across the street. Looking forward to my next visit to try more of the menu! ”

“ Art's Delicatessen is one of those restaurants that has been around forever. It is really one of those very establishing spots on Ventura Boulevard. This is a fairly large restaurant. It's mostly made up of booths, and they have some outdoor tables along the sidewalk if that's your desire. The food here is, as you would expect, deli, orientated cuisine. The main thing to say about this restaurant is the food here is very good. They have a wide selection of deli orientated dishes, and they are all well prepared, with great ingredients, and have an excellent taste. They also have the deli counter in the front. Here, you can get those deli orientated items that you desire to take home. The one thing I will say about the dining experience here is, if you're concerned about price, this restaurant probably isn't for you. The prices here tend to be on the high side. For example, currently, if you want to grab a pastrami sandwich, it's gonna cost about twenty-five bucks. This being said, again, the food is very good. So, if price is not your concern, it's a great place to grab your meal. Overall, if you're in Studio City, on Ventura Boulevard, and you want to grab a bite eat, this may be the place for you. ”
